Laws of Egalia

The Principality of Egalia is a non-territorial sovereign micronation, founded on December 3, 2025, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

Egalia does not claim land. Its territory is its people. Where there is an Egalian, there is Egalia.

The official motto of the Principality is: Omnes pertinent, omnes valent — All belong, all matter.

Egalia recognises the inherent and unconditional worth of every human being.

Egalia affirms that disability is not a defect to be corrected but a dimension of human diversity.

Inclusion is not charity; it is justice. The Principality acts accordingly in all its affairs.

Any person, of any nationality, who freely adheres to the values of this Constitution may apply for Egalian citizenship.

Citizenship is free, symbolic, and voluntary. It confers no legal documents, no travel benefits, and no obligations beyond the moral commitment to its principles.

Dual and multiple citizenship are expressly permitted. No Egalian shall be required to renounce another nationality.

Every Egalian has the right to dignity, expression, accessibility, and full participation in the life of the Principality.

Every Egalian has the duty to defend the dignity of others, to oppose discrimination, and to act in solidarity with the most vulnerable.

No citizen shall be treated as lesser on account of disability, origin, faith, gender, orientation, neurotype, or condition.

The Principality is led by a hereditary and constitutional Prince, whose first sovereign is Fellipe I, Prince of Egalia.

The Prince acts as the guardian of the Constitution and the symbol of the unity of the Egalian people.

All acts of the Crown shall be guided by the principles set forth in Article II.

The Government of Egalia is organised in seven Ministries, each entrusted with a sphere of the Principality's mission: Citizenship and Belonging, Dignity and Rights, Foreign Affairs, Culture and Communication, Inclusion and Protagonism, the Order of Defender Knights, and Science and Innovation.

Ministers serve the Crown and the people; their authority derives from service, not from privilege.

The Principality may bestow the Order of Defender Knights of Egalia upon those who have rendered extraordinary service to the cause of inclusion.

This Constitution may be amended by sovereign decree, provided no amendment may diminish the rights of the most vulnerable, who remain at the heart of the Principality.
